I hardly ever remember to sign drawings. I know I *should*, really. Not because I'm terribly worried about copyright or anything, it's more down to reminding myself not to be too shy about that kind of thing. I don't know if that makes any sense...
Odd. I thought 'tribology' was the study of surface effects, with particular reference to friction and the theory of lubricants (if 'theory' is the word - it's still very empirical). The word 'nanotribology' was bolted-on with the advent of nanoparticle admixtures in synthetic lubricants.
It is definitely not the sociology and group psychology of retired people.
