I'm going to try for the Thameslink from East Croydon to somewhere like Cricklewood or Mill Hill, then a taxi or something for the last bit. I just thought I should post something somewhere so people know where I am.

Back. All home safe. Train to London Bridge, bus to Seven Sisters, walked to the Oakdale, ordered a taxi, then took a taxi to Southgate. Not too bad, but a bit strange. The train was astonishingly empty. Unsurprisingly, I suppose...
