I'm listening to this right now, which is livening up a dark and dingey Wednesday afternoon in my windowless office in darkest NASA. It could however lead to unpleasant expenditure on new music if I follow up some of the cooler leads, unfortunately. You have been warned.

Reading this post reminded me how much I miss Pandora since they made it US only. So I had another try at seeing if Google could help me get round that restriction, and the answer is that this works, along with OpenPandora and Tor. So if you are willing to instruct your computer to lie to Pandora, you might be lucky.
