Strawberry Fair Weekend Plans

Here are my plans for Strawberry Fair. If you're coming with Bat and myself, or plan to meet up with us, you might want to read this!


9.00am: Bat & Sarah Leave Purley

10.00am approx: Pick up fluffymark from Leytonstone

11.30am: Arrive in Cam. Park (probably in one of the park & rides)

Noon: Arrive at strawberry fair

Afternoon: Meeting up with everyone at the fair.

Evening (Time to be arranged on-the-fly): Going to Lemming & Chris' party. We'll drive there. No doubt fluffymark will be blagging a lift -- Leo and Gemma have also expressed an interest in squeezing in, but that is to-be-confirmed on the day. If they decide not to go, I'll have two spare seats.

Saturday Night: Bat and I will either stay over at Lemming & Chris', or alternatively will go back to Cam and stay with Leo and Gemma.

Sunday, early: Bat gets put on train back to Purley

Sunday, later: I plan to 'do stuff' with Leo, Gemma and/or Richard Bolton.

Sunday Night: I'll be (hopefully!) staying over either with Leo & Gemma or with Richard

Monday: Visiting Rachael Padman at Newnham roughly mid-day

Monday evening: Trundle back home

this person needs somewhere to stay too on saturday. Not sure what i'm doing after the part in hitchin, but the one thing i'm not doing is getting the train back to london on my own. If tehres a lift to cambridge available, is it ok if i crash at your place? I'll then make my way back to london on the sunday during the day when it'll be safer, possibly with bat. Or maybe the coach.

Or something like that anyway. I've got many options! :)

We can figure out the details at the fair tomorrow. One way or another, I doubt you'll be sent home on the train, somehow!

Hi Liz,

Sorry Bat and I ended up there for such a short time. We ended up getting a bit squeezed on time scales from both sides, so the party was (unfortunately) the victim.

Still, I hope all went well, that Hooch didn't eat anyone, and that all concerned live happily ever after. :-)
