Urg and I ate something there yesterday... Ick, OK it was the only open place, and they say that if you don't eat there for a year you might be back to normal health.
All true, but the shock is just how ill and just how quickly. I have an alarming number of friends with bizarrely restricted diets, generally due to some hang up of theirs (e.g. vegetarians who refuse to eat vegetables, especially if they happen to be green). I fear for the damage it must be doing to them.
I'm currently in the middle of a similar experiment - to prove that a man can be healthy, and maintain a luxurious beard, by eating nothing but pot noodles.
You know, a good quality canned dog food should contain all the vitamins and minerals necessary to keep your coat shiny, your eyes bright and your bose wet.
