I thinkt hat a lot of people had already guessed that they were not the healthiest things, but there are other unplesant things about McSpoo.

Indeed. I think the shocking thing was just how toxic the effects were, beyond the weight gain. Quite scary, really.

Urg and I ate something there yesterday... Ick, OK it was the only open place, and they say that if you don't eat there for a year you might be back to normal health.

Urgh...

Yes, I know.

Urgh.

I don't think this is much of a revealation. Surely if you only eat any single food item it will make you ill.

A varied diet is a healthy diet. Even one which includes burgers and kebabs.

All true, but the shock is just how ill and just how quickly. I have an alarming number of friends with bizarrely restricted diets, generally due to some hang up of theirs (e.g. vegetarians who refuse to eat vegetables, especially if they happen to be green). I fear for the damage it must be doing to them.

I'm currently in the middle of a similar experiment - to prove that a man can be healthy, and maintain a luxurious beard, by eating nothing but pot noodles.

Hmmm...

You know, a good quality canned dog food should contain all the vitamins and minerals necessary to keep your coat shiny, your eyes bright and your bose wet.
