Change of PhD subject...?

... at least according to the latest letter from the Board of Graduate Studies. It seems that I am to be studying Political Thought and Intellectual History. happily, this is still to be in the computer lab with the same supervisor, so I can't really complain that much...

Looks like I'd better phone them on Monday...

Though one correction is that they told me I would be going to Newnham since they never sent my application to my colleges of choice, not because there were insufficient places.

Ohh! I'm sorry, I did know that but had forgotten. Ooops! But yes. Sarah, this is Steven. Steven, this is Sarah. You guys will presumably be working in the same building in October, which should be fun! :-)
