Bat paperwork SNAFU

Looks like I could have boon a bit optimistic there. There is some kind of paperwork screwup that could result in Bat being stuck there a LONG time. If her passport comes back OK in a couple of weeks, no problem. Otherwise, it really doesn't bear thinking about.

I really am in bits right now.

Wow, you are so devoted! That's got to be the best possible way to turn Bat's ordeal into a treat. (Have you been out to Russia and met her extended family before?)

It will be my first time in Russia, in fact. I just wish it was under better circumstances.
