There is a strange looking truck outside my apartment building. It is 2am. Its engine is running, loudly. I can smell the fumes inside my bedroom on the 3rd floor. There are yellow flashing lights. Blokes are feeding vast quantities of black pipe into a hole in the ground. Did I mention it was 2am?

Grump.

I have an excellent line of sight to it from my bedroom window. A rocket launcher would make the problem go very loud, briefly, then somewhat quieter.

Grr.
